The Journal of Indian Ocean World Studies (JIOWS) invites submissions for its 2023 issues,
to be published in Spring (May-June) and Fall (November-December).
Scholars seeking to submit manuscripts for publication in Spring 2023 should do so by
31 January 2023. Those seeking to publish in Fall 2023 should submit their manuscripts by
31 July 2023.
