Nicolas Parent

Nicolas Parent was a PhD Candidate in Geography and IOWC affiliate under the supervision of Prof. Jon Unruh. He graduated in 2023, and his thesis was titled “Peace Beyond Encampment: Futurity and the (Re)Imagining of Liveable Geographies Amongst Congolese Refugees at Mahama Camp, Rwanda.”

He was a member of the Middle East team working on the Appraising Risk project.
